Safeguard measures of aircooled water chillers in low temperature environment for Liaoning Xudapu nuclear power project

Taking the aircooled water chillers in the first phase of the nuclear power as the research object, points out the needed insulation measures and guarantee measures for the normal startup and operation of the unit at the outdoor environment temperature of -30.9 ℃. Presents the techniques for ensuring safe operation of the unit in the low temperature environment, such as the insulation of compressor, evaporator and electric cabinet, the establishment of the pressure difference between discharge pressure and suction pressure of compressors, the establishment of hydraulic pressure difference of expansion valves, the regulation of condensing pressure and the oil return of the guarantee system.
